At Hi-Tech Plastics, we understand that our success is only as good as our reputation. A solid reputation starts and ends with a focus on quality. Quality customer service and a quality finish injection molded product is what you get from Hi-Tech Plastics.
We have a pretty lofty goal when it comes to quality. Our quality goal is 100% defect free finished production parts. This means that focusing on quality during the entire manufacturing process is absolutely critical.
In addition to incoming material inspection, we maintain our own quality lab on site with melt flow testing, optical comparator, and a CMM so we can comprehensively monitor our customer’s quality requirements. To maintain this level of quality we regularly perform gage calibration and track quality indicators monthly, weekly and in some cases daily with reports and internal audits.
We are ISO 9001-2008 Certified, but that’s just the beginning. ISO Certification is the end result of a clearly defined method of activities. It defines exactly what we do and how we do it.
From internal document control to internal audits and a comprehensive training program for all employees on the quality objectives, we instill a quality dynamic throughout our workforce.
